Hawker 750: The Complete Buyer's Guide

The Short Version
The Hawker 750 is the budget-friendly workhorse of the Hawker 800 series — shorter range than the 850XP and 900XP, but with better runway performance and lower acquisition cost. It seats up to 8 passengers, flies 2,000 NM, and pre-owned examples trade between $1.5M and $3M.

What Makes the 750 Different
1. Runway performance that punches above its weight
4,696 ft takeoff — nearly 1,000 ft less than the 850XP. The 2,245 ft landing distance is impressive for a midsize jet.
2. The biggest cabin in its price range
At 21’4” long and 6’0” wide, a flat-floor stand-up cabin that competes with jets costing twice as much.
3. Acquisition cost reality
$1.5M–$3M — one of the most affordable paths into a proper midsize cabin. A lot of airplane for the money.
Who Is This Aircraft For?
- ●Regional operators who value cabin size on 2–3 hour missions.
- ●Owners accessing smaller airports with short-field performance.
- ●First-time buyers stepping up from light jets.
- ●Charter operators in regional markets.
When It's Not the Right Fit
- ●If you regularly fly over 1,800 NM, the range will frustrate you. With only 48 built, parts sourcing can occasionally be slower — though most components are shared across the 800-series.

The Pre-Owned Market Right Now
Market research reviewed October 8, 2026. Figures below retain their source dates and measurement basis.
Dated market benchmark, reviewed October 8, 2026: Duncan Aviation's July 2026 guide gives 750 Vref valuations of $2M–$2.6M across its listed vintages. This is a model-wide valuation reference, not a reported transaction range or a current seller quote; the upper end for an in-production type can include very new aircraft.
The Hawker 750 is priced below the 850XP and 900XP in the July valuations. It is the lowest-capital choice among those three in that source, so buyers can assess whether the mission warrants paying more for a later model.
What to Watch For When Buying
1. TFE731-5BR Engine Health
Well-proven but overhauls cost $400K–$600K per engine. Know where each engine sits in its cycle.
2. Corrosion Risk
The 800-series airframe is aluminum-intensive. Aircraft from humid coastal environments need extra scrutiny.
3. ADS-B Out Compliance
Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 may need upgrades. Retrofitting adds $100K–$200K.
4. Ventral Baggage Compartment
The heated rear baggage compartment replaced the ventral fuel tank. Inspect seals and heating elements.
5. Interior Condition
At $1.5M–$3M, many will have original interiors. Budget $200K–$500K for refurbishment.
6. Small Fleet, Limited Comparables
With only 48 built, finding comparable sales data is harder. Work with a specialist advisor.

Citation XLS+
Learjet 60XR
Hawker 850XP
vs. Citation XLS+
Better runway performance and larger fleet. But the Hawker 750 cabin is meaningfully larger in width.
vs. Learjet 60XR
More range and speed but smaller cabin. The 60XR is a pilot’s airplane; the 750 is a passenger’s airplane.
vs. Hawker 850XP
Same cabin, 500+ NM more range, but needs nearly 1,000 more feet to take off.
